As the CEO of Let’sChatWithT, I knew that I wanted to help people achieve their career goals. Having started from humble beginnings as a single mother in Augusta, GA, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to break into a new field without guidance. This led me down the path of HR, where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from and work with major companies to develop retention, training, and coaching programs. My goal is to pass on the knowledge I’ve gained to others, helping them navigate their own career paths and achieve the success they deserve.
